STYLE: IMPERIAL ALE

This is basically a double Red. The grain bill of the Barnstormer Red is doubled creating a high gravity amber ale. We also use a Belgian brewing technique by adding beet sugar to the kettle and then fermenting with a Belgian Strong Ale Yeast. It is dry hopped with German Hallertau hops. There’s a hint of the higher alcohol taste, yet still smooth to the finish with complex flavors and a medium caramel malt characteristic.
